The Administrator is responsible to appoint the Moderators to the Forum.
Agreement must be requested via the Administrator to increase or decrease the number of Moderators to be appointed to the forum.
The Administrator reserve the right to ban or demote moderators at any time from the forum. They also reserve the right to reverse any decisions made by moderators.
Forum moderators volunteer their time and energy to make this forum a success and so do the administrator.? All forum moderators & administrator need to communicate with each other regularly to sort out any moderating or administrating issues.
Forum moderators are responsible for maintaining a healthy climate for discussion for all of our forum members. Moderators need to monitor the forum closely and only posts that are in accordance with the Forum Terms & Conditions are allowed.
There may come a time when a moderator will remove a post that has been posted by one of the members, there will be times a moderator needs to edit a post of one of the forum members because of any breaches in the Terms & Conditions.
Administrator reserve the rights to take upon a moderator,s role if they believe the moderators have not moved any post that are in breach of the forum Rules and Conditions.
Moderators can also move a post to a more appropriate folder.
Moderators need to deal with any issues related to guidelines through private PM and not on the forums.
