Just found this site through a link on someone's advert elsewhere.
My name is Sebastion and I live in Sydney. Currently I am owned by Princess parrots,Canaries,Finches,Doves and 1 lone budgie that is a rescue.
I do a lot of rescue work, taking in those birds that people have outgrown or no longer want to care for.
I feel your site will be an effective and much overdue forum for buying, selling and swapping birds.
I look forward to a long association.
;D

Yes, I'm the culprit who created this website.
I have been interested in birdkeeping since I was 14 years old and I also have a computer techo background which allowed me to bring all my ideas on ' what a perfect bird website should look like' to reality. If you have any suggestions on what you'd like to have included, please don't hesitate to PM my Forum Administrator Fred.
I breed Kakarikis, Gouldian finches, Tri Coloured Parrot Finches, White Fronted Scarlets and King Quails (You guessed it! ...all the quiet birds otherwise my nieghbours'll string me up)
I hope you find my website fun and make it the place to go to find out about bird sales and to talk bird.
Keep Spreading the word!
Ed

Hi my name is Becky and I run Pins2Feathers handraising. I hand raise baby birds for people all across new south wales. I also breed rainbow lorikeets, Musk lorikeets, scaley lorikeets, purple crowned lorikeets, cockatiels, plumheads, red rumps, princess parrots and king quail. But have bred previously ringnecks, alexandrines, kakariki, budgies, twenty eight parrots and a whole lot of finches. I also own eclectus. I pick up babies from breeders and hand raise them until they are independant. I have a fair bit of knowledge regarding most handraised birds.

Hello all...great to see a new website for us bird lovers.
We are a very new couple to the bird world. We have kakarikis, eastern rosellas, bourkes, cockatiels and budgies.
So far we have only bred the budgies but am hoping to get into kakarikis as I love their personalities.
Am always interested in learning more about birds.
I am currently after a young short billed corella to raise as a pet.
We always have baby budgies for sale, if you are interested email us at prehnasparrots@yahoo.com.au
Cheers and good luck with the website Ed.

Gday, my name is Elvis and im from Shellharbour, NSW. I was fortunate enough to grow up around pigeons breeders. I started keeping & breeding Lovebirds at the age of 15. In the year 2000 i fell in love with the Green Cheek Conure. I have been keeping and breeding this beautiful species of parrot since. I currently keep and breed Green Cheek Normals, Green Cheek Cinnamons, Green Cheek/Cinnamon Splits and Eclectus parrots. I either hand raise or parent raise the chicks, depending on what I am doing with the bird, i.e pet or breeder. I like doing things the right way! I can be contacted via this forum or via email elvnec@exemail.com.au , I will provide a mobile number if you email me and are interested. Thank you for looking!!! ;D

Hello I'm trish., I'm a nurse and I live on the fringe of the Hills part of Sydney. I have 3 cockateil rescues and a marvellous pair of King Parrotts. ( Mr & Mrs Walker ) as they love to walk around inside my house. Mrs Walker thinks my Hoya plant on top of the book case is a tree. Theyare the best birds to have loose in the house, just hide the fruit bowl . Also have a stunning Regent and a pair of Superbs. And a license as well. Opps nearly forgot about my wee avairy of Fischers Lovebirds. Gotta love the lovies such busy wee birds.

Stumbled across your site and thought I'd sign up and see if anyone out there has blue backed gouldians and interested in sharing info and experiences with them.I have a few and some yellow backs along with diamond doves (pieds and cinnamons) and a few very vocal zebra finches which somehow always seem to escape the bird sales ! Also noted site managers name is Edmund -so is mine ! Hope interest continues to grow as thought the site was well presented cheers

Hi, I'm fairly new to birds and have only been enjoying them for about 9 months. I have blue face, gouldian, star finch, jacarini, black throat, orange-breated waxbill and painted finches. I started off with Java's and Zebra's (which I think everyone does!) There is nothing more relaxing than to sit and watch these lovely creatures. I will probably concentrate on three breeds only. So I may look at selling off some of my birds in the near future. Cheers. Tammy
